1. Non-Refundable Bookings

• No Refund: Advance is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Request Process

• To cancel a booking, please contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
• Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written/email acknowledgment from our team.

3. Group Bookings

For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact the guesthouse for details.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
