1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized platforms.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• All payments are non-transferable unless specified otherwise.

3. Identification

• All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) at check-in.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary based on the booking type.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation approval.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the spiritual and peaceful environment of the premises.
• Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to property will be charged to the guest.

6. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to preserve the tranquility of the premises.

7. Housekeeping

• Daily housekeeping is available on request.
• Towels and linens are changed every alternate day or upon request.

8. Liability

• ISKCON Guesthouse is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the locker facility if available.
• We are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation issues).

9. Visitors

• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms beyond permitted hours.
• All visitors must register at the reception.

10. Force Majeure

The guesthouse shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Amendments

ISKCON Guesthouse reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
